We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with at least 3 years of proven experience in driving sales, managing client relationships, and leading a team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building sales strategies, converting leads, and ensuring revenue growth.

Note: Candidates with less than 3 years of will not be considered for this role.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a sales role

Skills:

  • Strong communication, research, negotiation, analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.

  • Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Leadership and team-building abilities.

  • Experience in B2B/B2C sales

  • Outgoing personality, Go-Getter

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Conversion:

  • Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into successful deals.

  • Follow up on inbound leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.

  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions.

Team Management:

  • Manage and mentor a team of sales executives

  • Monitor performance and provide coaching and guidance.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.

  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align goals.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and KPIs for senior management.

    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Negotiation & Closure:

  • Handle negotiations and close high-value deals.

  • Ensure timely documentation and onboarding of new clients.
