We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience to lead our digital marketing strategy, manage online campaigns, and drive growth across all digital platforms.

Note: Candidates with less than 3 years of will not be considered for this role.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles

Skills:

  • Strong communication.

  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.

  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, HubSpot, etc.

  • Strong analytical, creative thinking, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and lead campaigns end-to-end

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

SEO & SEM:

Manage on-page and off-page SEO, Google Ads, and PPC campaigns to improve search visibility and drive traffic.

Social Media Management:

Plan and execute campaigns across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.), ensuring brand consistency and engagement.

Content Marketing:

Oversee the creation of blogs, videos, email campaigns, and other content to attract and retain audiences.

Website & Landing Page Optimization:

Monitor and optimize website performance (using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).

Email Marketing:

Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.

Campaign Performance Tracking:

Analyze KPIs, track ROI, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with internal teams (designers, sales, product, etc.) to align digital efforts with company objectives.
